By downloading, installing, or using the MemeMaster (Meme Maker) app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using MemeMaster, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
MemeMaster allows users to create, edit, and design memes, collages, and other visual content using available templates, editing tools, and design assets.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.
Upload, post, or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s software.
Distribute, resell, or modify the App’s content without permission from ArkStudio.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the App.
All rights, titles, and interests in the App and its contents—including templates, graphics, text, and UI elements—belong to ArkStudio or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of any memes or content they create using the App. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your creations do not infringe upon the rights of others.
You may not copy, distribute, or use any portion of the App’s assets except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
MemeMaster offers optional premium features through in-app purchases, including:
Payments are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period or free trial.
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods.

The App may display, include, or provide access to third-party content, such as templates, media, or links to external websites. This content is provided “as is” for your personal use only and may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights.
We do not own, control, or review third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or reliability.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable terms and conditions of third-party providers.
MemeMaster may offer or link to collections of third-party media templates (“Template Collections”) that are not created or controlled by ArkStudio.
We disclaim responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of such materials, and you use them at your own discretion and risk.
The App may display advertisements to help support its development and maintenance. Ads may be personalized or contextual, but no personal user data or created memes are shared with advertisers.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, edit, or share through MemeMaster.
By using the App, you agree not to post or distribute content that is:
Offensive, obscene, or defamatory.
Infringing on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Promoting hate, discrimination, or illegal activity.
ArkStudio reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
MemeMaster is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArkStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use MemeMaster, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
ArkStudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to MemeMaster at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
The App may automatically update from time to time to improve functionality, performance, or security. Continued use after an update constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
