Scoop a small amount and massage into skin anywhere you need moisture or calm — hands, elbows, feet, anywhere life has been a lot. Best used daily, especially after a shower while skin is still a little damp.
Apply directly to sore muscles, tension areas, or tight spots. Massage in until absorbed. Use as often as needed — morning, after a workout, or before bed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
