1. Zero-Cloud Local Storage

Your privacy is our priority. All workout logs, exercise history, body weight data, and personalized settings are stored locally and exclusively on your physical device.

• We do not transmit, upload, or store your training routines or personal metrics on external cloud servers.

• Your performance data remains your property alone and never leaves your device through our software.

2. Device Permissions and Data Usage

To provide core application features, the App requires access to specific device capabilities:

• System Time & Clock: The App accesses your system clock to display a real-time training clock and to accurately timestamp your workout history.

• Local Storage: The App requires standard read/write permissions to save and manage your training logs directly on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes trusted third-party SDKs that may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their respective privacy policies. These services include:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the standard version of the App. AdMob may collect pseudonymous device identifiers to personalize ads.

• Google Play Billing: Used to securely handle premium version subscriptions and in-app purchases. All financial transactions are managed securely by Google; we never see or store your payment details.

4. Data Security and Retention

Because your data is stored entirely on your device, the security of your training history depends on your device-level security. We strongly recommend utilizing secure device-level protection (such as a PIN, passcode, or Biometrics) and executing regular device backups.

Since we do not store your data on external servers, we do not retain any personal data. If you delete the App from your device, all locally stored workout history and settings are permanently erased from that device.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.

• Health Data: Any weight or fasting history data you enter is stored locally on your device and synced securely with Google Firebase (if signed in) to ensure your data is backed up and accessible across your devices.

• Device Information: We may collect non-identifying information about your device model and OS version to improve app stability and performance.

2. Use of Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and maintain the fasting timer and tracking services.

• Synchronize your progress across multiple devices.

• Provide personalized motivational health insights and stage data.

• Process premium subscriptions through the Google Play Billing system.
