Try Mellitus

Note that Mellitus 5.1 includes DANN 2.0 and requires Python to operate properly. Mellitus 5.0 does not require Python.

You can download Python here: https://www.python.org/downloads/ . We recommend Python 3.7.6 because DANN was built with it, but the syntax of Python 3 does not change drastically from version to version. Use any other version at your own discretion.

You can download Netlogo here: https://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/download.shtml . Netlogo 6.1.1 is recommended for both versions of Mellitus.

If you do not have access to the desktop version of Netlogo, you can still use Mellitus 5.0 in Netlogo Web! Unfortunately, due to the lack of extension support, Mellitus 5.1 is not compatible with Netlogo Web. We want all aspects of Mellitus to be accessible to everyone. This is an essential element to our mission and raising awareness for diabetes and its causes. See the Help Page for ideas that may help you gain access if the traditional method does not work for you.
