Hello, my name is Mellissa Bland and I am a Notary Public in New Jersey, Commissioned since October 2020. I am detail oriented and my focus is to get assignments right the first time. I am a member of the National Notary Association. I am Certified as a Notary Signing Agent and I received my training with Mark Wills, Loan Signing System Training Course and Certification. Mobile Notary

I will conduct notarial services at your requested location. What I need from you...A government issued photo ID to verify your identity with both a physical description and signature. Examples of proper identification include state issued photo drivers license, U.S. passport, USCIS Permanent Resident Card, or a U.S. military ID card. In addition, let me know what type of notarial act/acts that need to be performed (for example acknowledgement or jurat, etc).

• The purpose of an acknowledgement is for an affiant, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a notary public that he or she has willingly signed an affidavit. It is to evidence the authenticity of the signature, ensuring that it can be trusted as genuine. An acknowledgment requires the following steps: The signer must physically appear before you.

• The purpose of a jurat is for an affiant to swear to or affirm (by oath or affirmation) the truthfulness of the contents of an affidavit.

Loan Signing Agent

Need your loan packet notarized. As a Notary Signing Agent I'm trained to handle and notarize loan documents. I ensure a successful signing with a pleasant and friendly manner. I am knowledgeable and experienced in assisting the borrower to fill out forms and explaining the purpose for each form. From the beginning of the process until the documents are packaged and successfully delivered, I ensure completion and proper care of the documents.
