THE ORDER OF WORK
1. You make a 100% payment
(if the total amount of the order exceeds 120$, you can first make a 50% prepayment)
2. I am sending you a finished colorless sketch.
At this stage, the necessary edits are made, after which you
(if necessary) pay the remaining 50%, and I continue working.
3. I'm sending you a lineart.
At this stage, edits are also made and approved.
4. At the stage of flat color, you can also make the necessary edits,
but only in the color of the character.
5. Upon completion of the artwork, you can make 1-2 minor edits.
You get your commissioned artwork in PNG format of high quality.
ABOUT EDITS: In the process of drawing, I can make edits to the sketch, line, flat color and shadows for free, but only up to a certain stage of work readiness. Any unexpected comments that have arisen after the approved stage entail an additional payment.
I may delay uploading the work online if the client wishes so

TIMEFRAME
The waiting time specified separately for each type of artwork below. It may vary depending on the queue and the complexity of the commissioned artwork. In order for the artwork to be delivered on time, I expect uninterrupted communication. I am not responsible for delays caused by untimely communication on behalf of the client.
You can pay extra for urgency in the amount of 15% to 50% of the total amount, if you need
an artwork ready for a certain deadline.

CHARACTER DESIGN CREATING / REDESIGN
• According to your description, I can create a character design from scratch, or redesign an existing character's design. You are required to provide me with a detailed description of the desired (species, gender, physique, color details, etc.), image references, as well as to choose the subcategory of the desired reference and its add ons •

• This commission can be of any standard type from the above. The only exceptions are paired icons. Commission can be on any topic. Exceptions are those prescribed in "I don't draw" and romantic themes •

• Art of your character in a chibi proportions •
• This art can be any type of work from the above.
The exception is icons/portraits •

1. Additional limbs of the character, wings, large horns/antlers

What to include when ordering?
You must decide on the type of commission and its content.
You must have an idea of desire artwork, reference list of the character/characters, references
in the form of photos or pictures on the Internet are desirable as auxiliary.
Also desirable are recommendations on clothing / approximate background (if any).
If you have difficulties with your idea or can't come up with anything, you can ask me for advice or give me artistic freedom.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The quality of my work directly depends on my skill level. Working on each commission, I strive to do everything as good as possible. Actual examples of the quality of my work are presented both in the galleries of my web profiles and in this commission list. The client is free to make edits during the work, so I will not refund the money if the client wants to cancel the order after the completion of the work or at the final stage of rendering.
However, the client is entitled to a refund if the art was not completed within the time specified when ordering.
If the client wishes to cancel the commission at the stages before the final stage of rendering, a partial refund can be made, in which I will keep compensation for the work already done.
In case I have to cancel the commission, the client will receive a full refund.
The refund amount (full or partial) will be discussed individually in agreement with the client.
