"When it comes to our cats everyone knows we are nervous nellies leaving them very long. Melissa was suggested to me by a friend who raved about her so I called her for one of our 5-day trips. She was so responsive, flexible and comforting. We needed someone to come a couple times a day, and Melissa didn't bat an eye. The best part is that our cats are usually very scared with new people but not Melissa! She would send us pictures and video of them eating and playing like it was just another day.
