Appointments may be scheduled by phone, e-mail, and in person and are payable by cash, Venmo, or check at each visit.
All matters disclosed during an appointment are confidential, with the exception of issues relating to suspected child or elder abuse or if you are believed to be a danger to self or others. If you wish to request that information be shared with an attorney, doctor, psychiatrist, child’s teacher, etc., you may sign a “Release of Information” form, permitting such.
