After four years of participating as a delegate, I achieved a significant milestone by taking on the role of Chair at the SOS-HGIC Model United Nations (MUN) Conference. This accomplishment marked a major step forward in my MUN journey.
I had the privilege of being among a select group of individuals to attend a prestigious lecture on Artificial Intelligence (AI) hosted by the University of Ghana. This experience was particularly insightful, as I aspire to pursue a career in the tech industry as a woman in STEM.
I have been actively involved as the Head of Public Relations and Design for the NGO "Help for Special Needs," founded by my friend Audrey Addae. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to achieving even greater milestones in the future as we work towards supporting individuals with special needs
In this prestigious role, I lead discussions alongside my co-chair Trista Canfor-Dumas, fostering collaboration, and guiding delegates through critical global issues. Delegates were shy at first since most of them were new to MUN but with icebreakers, by the end, it was a success. Our committee will delve into topics regarding Barriers and Discrimination faced by Physically Disabled Individuals in Accessing Employment and Career Opportunities and Political and Social Marginalisation of Indigenous
In my role, I managed the GISMUN VI 2023 Instagram page, fostering engagement with our community. I've maintained clear communication with patrons and schools, ensuring they are well-informed and supported. Additionally, I've efficiently arranged delegate assignments and managed extensive email correspondence, contributing to a seamless conference experience.

I served as a dedicated researcher for my school's Kwame Pianim Debate, an event held in honor of our school's longest-lasting board chairman, Mr. Pianim. During this engaging event, we tackled complex societal and global issues through thoughtful debates and discussions.
In February 2023, I was honored to be elected as the Female House Captain of the Green House at my school. Under my leadership, our house achieved a remarkable 2nd place in the school's sports day competition, a feat that hadn't been accomplished in three years.
I was a proud member of the team responsible for organizing my school's Ghana Day program. This event commemorated the day Ghana gained independence and celebrated our rich culture and heritage.
While participating in the SRC President Prefect Elections at my school, I ran with determination, and although I didn't secure the presidency, I remained actively involved in SRC events and activities. I firmly believe that titles do not define one's commitment and contribution.
I lead a heartwarming initiative by planning with my team members, crafting paper hearts, and selling delicious cupcakes for fundraising purposes. Our collective efforts were not in vain, as we successfully raised funds to sponsor two life-saving hole-in-the-heart surgeries for individuals in need, making a heartfelt impact on the hole-in-the-heart cause.
As a yearbook editor, I took charge of planning my school's carnival and festival, "Carnifest." This event also featured our annual pageant, "Mr. and Miss G.I.S," for which I served as the Master of Ceremonies, contributing to its successful execution
As one of three editors for the 2022–2023 academic yearbook, I participated in event planning, design work, brainstorming sessions, writing articles and late-night meetings alongside Oye and Hanne (other 2 editors). Despite the hard work and virtual collaboration, the end result was a rewarding and memorable yearbook.
I was part of the organizing team for my school's third Art Festival, "arTRYx," where I played a central role in designing posters for workshops. It was a creatively fulfilling experience that allowed me to immerse myself in art and design, adding to the festival's success and celebrating our community's artistic talents.
