BIO
I am a Ph.D candidate specializing in Accounting at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Padova (Italy) and visiting Ph.D. candidate at Business School, University of Bristol. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University (Türkiye).
My research interests include sustainability reporting, financial reporting, intangible assets, goodwill, and M&A. My first recent working paper examines whether a target firm’s ESG performance is priced into goodwill in acquisition deals.
