Our eAcademy online training program is required for all faculty who wish to teach online. Designed, developed and delivered by our team of instructional designers, the focus is on proper online pedagogy, with specific detail placed on assessment alignment to objectives. My work for this particular course focused on a weekly module that covered backwards design techniques, assessment objectives and proper ways to write measurable objectives.
