Hello! My name is Melanie Vernon Sinclair, and I'm a California state certified massage therapist. My extensive training includes sports, deep tissue, myofascial, and circulatory massage techniques. My massage style incorporates all of these techniques which I tailor to individual client needs.


In addition to my 10+ years of working as a massage therapist, I also created and taught the anatomy portion of a yoga teacher training program. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their own body mechanics, empowering them as they learn why their bodies feel the way they do.


I care about making bodywork as emotionally safe as possible and have found that this dynamic is greatly appreciated by my clients. When our bodies feel safe, massage makes it possible to release our tight hold and move into the present moment with more comfort and ease.

All of my massages are located in the comfort of your own home. I bring a massage table with me and prefer to leave it there at your house whenever possible.


My massages are 90 minutes long, and I suggest people block out two hours for our work together in case more attention is needed so neither of us feel rushed. I trust that your body will guide our work together and that each session will give you new tools to increase your daily comfort in your body.
