Scheduling & Payment Portal

Payments and schedule changes can be done through the Parent Portal below. The software is called "My Music Staff" - accommodates tutoring for all subjects. :)

Save your email and password!

This portal will manage:

Schedule changes (available make-up slots)
Payment info and processing (click "AUTOSAVE")
Invoices (to be paid)
Receipts ("paid")
Lesson Notes (updates and resources)

Rescheduling 60 Minute Sessions:

Log into your portal at "My Music Staff."
Cancel the session you will miss. You will receive a "Make-up Credit."
Reschedule the session using your Make-up Credit. (They cannot be used for a regularly scheduled lesson.)

It's most effective for your child's continued progress to reschedule promptly, in the next week or two. Your Make-up Credits must be used within a month.

Our consultation time is your chance to share your goals for your child.

I am thrilled to be able to get to know you both! Some useful things to mention are:

Your primary goal for tutoring.
Your child's academic history regarding the area of interest.
Your child's academic personality.
Your child's learning style, interests, or attitudes about learning.
Any special interventions, conditions, or events that would inform my academic planning.
