My research focuses on the analysis of signal- and image-based data, combining mathematical approaches such as Topological Data Analysis (TDA) with deep learning. I am particularly interested in extracting robust structural features from complex sensing data and transforming them into learnable representations. My work aims to bridge mathematical insight with data-driven methods for solving real-world problems.
I am currently working at the Center for Science Adventure and Collaborative Research Advancement(SACRA), Graduate School of Science, Kyoto University, my recent research focuses on medical image analysis.
