I am an Associate Professor of Geography in the School of Earth, Environment & Sustainability (SEES) and an affiliate faculty member at the Institute of Coastal Plain Science (ICPS) at Georgia Southern University.
I am a broadly trained geographer and environmental scientist who uses mathematical, statistical, and geospatial approaches to study human-environment interactions, with a focus on land change science, urban analytics, regional planning, agricultural sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
My work integrates Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, geospatial visualization, and quantitative modeling to examine spatial patterns and processes across environmental, urban, and social systems.
I teach a variety of geography courses, mentor students, and actively engage in community outreach.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling.
