Analysis of ride comfort and vehicle handling of electric vehicles with semi-active and active dampers.

Developing and executing vehicle dynamics and terramechanics simulations using IPG CarMaker.
Integrating and automating simulation workflows with MATLAB and Simulink to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulations.
Implementation of custom C code models to extend the functionality of simulation models and achieve specific project requirements.
Conducting comprehensive software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulations to validate and verify vehicle control systems.

During my third semester, I got an opportunity to work under Professor PD Dr. Ing. habil Valentin Ivanov as a research assistant in the Automotive Technology Group at my university.
My main tasks as the research assistant included-
Building a vehicle model in IPG CarMaker for a real autonomous shuttle manufactured by the company Easymile.
Creating a virtual and scaled road model network of the TU Ilmenau university in IPG CarMaker.
Simulation of the vehicle and road model in IPG CarMaker.
Analyzing the Vehicle Dynamics Parameters and simulation results.
