Men and women are accommodated separately – exception: families and married couples.
If you are coming as a family, please book one “Erwachsene (Mehrbettzimmer)” ticket per adult and add the corresponding children’s tickets. We will do our best to accommodate families together in one room so you can stay as a family. Please note that room allocation depends on availability.
If you are coming as a married couple, please book one “Erwachsene (Mehrbettzimmer)” ticket per adult.
Single rooms are available on a limited basis. Allocation is based on the principle of first come, first served.
Those who book an “adult ticket (shared room)” will be accommodated in double, triple, or quadruple rooms, depending on availability.
The rooms differ in their amenities:
Some have their own bathroom/toilet
Others use shared bathrooms on the floor
Cots (travel cots) are only available in limited numbers.
If there are none available and you need a bed, please contact the leadership team of your church.
We will take great care when allocating rooms and will try to accommodate everyone as comfortably as possible.

Breakfast 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Enjoy meals from Friday evening through Monday lunchtime!

At Relational Mission, we appreciate and welcome everyone who participates in our events.
By registering, you agree to our refund policy and acknowledge that refunds are not possible after 1 February 2026, unless the minimum number of participants and the necessary funding for the event are secured. You can find the detailed policy below.
As a non-profit organization, we heavily depend on our participants' commitments so that we can plan and run our events successfully. We therefore ask for your understanding and support regarding our refund policy.
1. Full Refunds Until 31 January 2026
Cancellations made up to 31 January 2026 are eligible for a full refund of the ticket or registration fee.
2. Refunds After 31 January 2026
From 1 February 2026, refunds are generally not possible.
The reason for this is that we have to plan our events carefully and make commitments early on—for example, for venues, technology, or materials. That's why we need to be able to rely on registrations. Last-minute cancellations or refunds are therefore difficult to arrange because expenses have often already been made.
However, refunds may be considered under the following special conditions:
If the minimum number of 150 attendees has been reached:
A full refund can be offered up to 30 days prior to the event.
Substitutions (transferring your spot to another person) or partial refunds may be possible if your place can be filled otherwise. This can be arranged up to 30 days before the event.
3. Refunds in Case of Event Cancellation
If we need to cancel the event on our part, all attendees will, of course, receive a full refund of their ticket price.
4. Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances
Consideration for a full refund will also be given in cases of emergency illness or death of the registrant or an immediate family member.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Timing and Method
You will receive any refund due as soon as possible, and no later than one month after the event has concluded.
Refunds will be made to the same card used for the original payment.
