Kevin was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky around his father's insurance bad faith law firm and in a household that fought for justice for those wronged by insurance companies and corporate America. Kevin graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. Kevin then worked as a mechanic and started his own company, Deep Fried Diesel, which refined waste vegetable oil for use as fuel in diesel vehicles. In 2015, Kevin graduated from The University of Georgia School of Law. Immediately following law school, Kevin began his legal career as a public defender in Pueblo, Colorado. Kevin has represented thousands of clients in cases ranging from traffic violations to first degree murder. Kevin has experience representing clients against police departments across the state of Colorado, in lawsuits ranging from illegal searches and false arrest to wrongful death. Kevin has conducted hundreds of testimonial hearings and tried over 20 jury trials, securing acquittals in 13 and favorable verdicts in 3 others.
