Welcome to Mehran Solar Service & Inverter Repairing Center. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Mehran Solar Service provides solar inverter repairing, solar system installation, mounting/demounting, and technical inspection services. While we strive for excellence, the performance of solar systems is subject to environmental conditions (sunlight, dust, temperature).

2. Repair & Warranty Policy

• Diagnostic Fee: A nominal fee may be charged for inspecting and diagnosing inverter faults.

• Repair Warranty: We provide a limited-time warranty on specific repairs (e.g., PCB repair or component replacement). This warranty does not cover faults caused by external factors such as lightning strikes, high grid voltage (WAPDA surges), or water damage.

• Manufacturer Warranty: Mehran Solar Service is not responsible if a third-party manufacturer (e.g., Inverex, Fronus) voids a customer's warranty due to external repairs or improper handling by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments for services must be made in full upon completion of the job or as per the agreed milestone.

• For large-scale installations or mounting services, an advance payment (deposit) is required to secure the booking and materials.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide a safe and accessible environment for our technicians during site visits or installations.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the structure (roof/wall) is strong enough to support the solar panels and inverters.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mehran Solar Service shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, power outages, or accidental equipment failure after the service has been completed and tested.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, illegal electrical setups, or non-compliance with technical standards.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
