Mehdi Farahani

I am an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at  C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. Prior to joining University of Houston, I was an assistant professor at University of Miami, and a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT, Center for Transportation & Logistics. I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Dallas. 

My research interests involve policy design for social goods, socially-responsible operations management, market design, service operations management, and supply-chain contracting. Visit Research for more information.
