I am an Assistant Professor of Education Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park. Using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologies, I study the implementation and politics of equity-oriented education reforms related to teaching, leadership, and cultural responsiveness. I earned my PhD in Education Policy in 2023 from the University of Pennsylvania.
