Payment Policy:
As our clinics are in very high demand, we require full payment to reserve a participants position. Please use the link provided on the registration form to make your clinic payment through Zelle. At this time, Zelle is the ONLY form of payment that is accepted. We are sorry if this causes an inconvenience.
A clinic fee of $950 plus any dinner guest tickets at $25/pp are to be paid at time of registration. Dinner tickets are non-refundable unless notified two-weeks prior to the clinic.
Refund Policy:
Any and all cancellations will be assessed a $100.00 administration fee. There will be no refunds on cancellations within two weeks prior to the first day of the clinic, with the exception of a medical emergency. A doctor’s note must accompany any request for a medical refund.
