If your potential guest doesn't respond to your initial invite, they might have been busy when they saw it. Send a follow-up message like, "Hey, just checking in about the invite to the skincare class. Are you interested in joining? You'll get a lot out of this, I always learn a ton."

If your guest agrees to attend, make sure to register both yourself and your guest. Simplify the process by asking for their email address and completing the registration for them.

On the day of the event, send a reminder about 30 minutes before it starts and let them know the link to join is in their email.

After the event, follow up with your guest to ask what they thought of the demo and what they found useful.
