SCULPT PILATES
Our Pilates classes are not strictly classical. They are Pilates inspired, using traditional movements and sequences, enhanced with equipment such as hand weights, balls, blocks, and resistance bands to create the deep burn we all love.
STRONG SCULPT
This is Pilates turned up a notch. Expect the same controlled movements, but with more intensity, more strength work, and a stronger burn throughout the session.
HIIT
Our HIIT sessions follow a structured format of 35 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. You will complete 12 exercises in one round, then repeat. We finish with cardio-focused movement, glute work, and core training. This class includes higher intensity intervals and heavier weights.
MODIFICATIONS
All classes can be adapted to meet you where you are. Movements can be modified, intensity can be lowered, and exercises can be performed with or without equipment.
PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM
With your doctor’s approval, you are welcome to attend classes during pregnancy or postpartum. Please let me know at the beginning of class so we can adjust movements to suit your needs safely.
