Watercolor 1: "Plein Air painting"
Students took a walking field trip, taking limited supplies to learn the wonders of plein air painting and focus on lighitng, and new texture techniques learned in class.

Intermediate Watercolor, Project: "Working and Re Working Painting on Yupo Paper"
Students were given a piece of watercolor yupo paper to "Play with" in one class session students were assigned to complete this painting, at the end of class they were asked to wash the painting clean and start again, to further learn way of working on the strange paper and learn how to let go and get loose with painting.

Students are tasked in researching a myth or legend, from a background or culture they are unfamiliar with and research a myth or legend that corolates and create a watercolor painitng with emphasis being on texture.

Student were tasked in creating a watercolor paper that breaks the traditional boundaries of paper.

Intermediate Watercolor: "Inspired by and Artist": Students were tasked to research a contemporary watercolor artist and use a style or technique frequently used by the artist to inspire their work. Students then had to present a new technique they learned while researching their artists.
2d Foundations: "Collaged Universes", Students were tasked in creating a universe/ alternative world that has a story.
Intermediate Watercolor: "Space" Students were tasked in dramatzing atmosphiric perspective to create a sense of "Space" in full sheeto fo watercolor painting. While utilzing a variety of techniques.
