2. Audio Recordings

When you use MeetMemo to record a meeting:

• Audio is recorded and stored locally

• Audio is never uploaded to any server

• Audio is never shared unless you explicitly use the share feature

3. Transcription and Summaries

• Transcription and summaries are processed on-device

• No cloud processing is used

• No third-party services receive your data

Your meeting content remains private and under your control.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device, including:

• Audio files

• Transcriptions

• Summaries

• Meeting history

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

5. In-App Purchases

MeetMemo uses Apple’s In-App Purchase system to manage subscriptions.

• Payment information is handled entirely by Apple

• MeetMemo does not have access to your payment details

MeetMemo does not share data with third parties.

You may choose to share meeting summaries manually using your device’s share options. This action is fully controlled by you.
