Welcome to Meetap, a mobile application designed for bikers to connect, ride, create squads, organize events, and chat in real time. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meetap mobile application (“App”) and services provided by Meetap (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To use Meetap:
You must be at least 13 years old (or older, based on your country laws).
If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You must not be prohibited from using mobile apps or online platforms under your local laws.
You agree to:
Use real, accurate information when creating your profile.
Respect others and refrain from posting or sharing abusive, illegal, violent, or offensive content.
Not impersonate others, create fake squads or events, or spam the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms.
Meetap allows you to join or create squads, manage roles, and organize real-world events.
We do not control or supervise these events and are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss during real-world interactions.
You acknowledge that you join or host events at your own risk.
Messaging features are intended for respectful, private communication.
We may monitor or remove content that violates our community guidelines or harms other users.
All shared media must follow legal standards and community values.
To verify your identity as a rider, we may request documents like National ID, bike number plate, and driving license.
These documents are used only for verification and are permanently deleted after the process is complete.
Meetap offers in-app purchases of Oil Points, which can be used for special features or perks.
Purchases are processed through Google Play or App Store and are subject to their billing policies.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and delete your personal data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
You violate these Terms
You abuse the app or other users
Your activity harms the platform’s reputation
All logos, designs, and content within the Meetap App are the intellectual property of Meetap. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur from using Meetap, including during real-life meetups.
Use the platform at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
