Welcome to my website! 

Hello, I'm Meet, a sub-par baseball player turned Researcher. I am a Doctoral Candidate at Ted Rogers School of Management under the supervision of Dr. Murtaza Haider. Currently, I work with the Urban Analytics Institute as a research associate. My research interests include housing supply, real estate finance, fixed-income securities, and climate change and real estate. 

My research aims to contribute to the current supply literature and suggest supply-based remedies to improve the affordability crisis experienced in Canada. 

You can find me playing baseball, watching movies, or washing my car in my free time.
