I am an Associate Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield and recently completed my Ph.D. at the Ted Rogers School of Management under the supervision of Dr. Murtaza Haider. 

My research interests span real estate finance, urban economics, housing supply, institutional investors, and climate risk.
