Welcome to my website! 

I am a Doctoral Candidate at Ted Rogers School of Management under the supervision of Dr. Murtaza Haider. Currently, I work with the Urban Analytics Institute as a Senior Research Associate. My research interests include real estate finance, urban economics, fixed-income securities, and climate risk. 

I am on the job market in 2025/26. My research aims to contribute to the current supply literature and suggest supply-based remedies to improve the affordability crisis experienced in Canada.
