In just two weeks, ACDV has already made an impact on how I view my journey, not just as a student, but as a whole person. It helped me slow down, reflect, and organize my goals with more intention.
I’ve learned how to better manage my time, advocate for myself, and most importantly, think long-term without getting overwhelmed. These may sound simple, but they’ve changed how I move through each day.
One of the biggest things I’ve taken away is this: growth doesn’t have to be loud—it just has to be consistent. I've also learnt about asking for help, which has always been a difficult thing for me. I'd rather do things myself and look for the solution alone, rather than meet a friend or professor for help, and that’s exactly what I’m carrying forward into my career, college, and personal life. I’m no longer just going through the motions—I’m moving on purpose.
ACDV helped me reconnect with my “why.” It reminded me that every late night, every assignment, every decision I make now… It’s all shaping the person I’m becoming.
