Hi! I completed my PhD in Economics at the University of Michigan in April, 2019.
I will be a post-doctoral fellow with emLab at University of California, Santa Barbara from 2019-20, and the Chancellor's Post-doctoral Fellow at University of California, Irvine from 2020-21.
From 2021, I will start as an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) at the Department of Economics, University of California, Irvine.
Research areas: My interests lie at the intersection of Environmental and Energy Economics and Development Economics. I study topics ranging from the political economy and policy environment around energy provision in developing countries to how poor countries can transition towards cleaner sources of energy.
