This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when using the MedStruct application.

MedStruct currently does not collect personal data and does not transmit personal data to the developer.
No user account or registration is required.
3. Local Storage
MedStruct stores certain information exclusively on the user’s device.
This may include:
learning progress
review schedules and due dates
settings
language preferences
selected drugs and learning modules
locally saved drawings or reference solutions
This data is not transmitted to the developer and is not stored on servers operated by Ace Science Labs.
4. Learning Progress and Spaced Repetition
MedStruct uses locally stored information to manage learning progress, review schedules and spaced repetition.
This information remains on the user’s device and is not used for advertising, profiling or other external purposes.
5. No User Accounts
MedStruct currently does not require a user account or registration.
Therefore, the app does not collect names, email addresses, passwords or other account information.
6. No Advertising
MedStruct currently contains no advertising and no advertising networks.
7. No Tracking or Analytics
MedStruct currently does not use tracking technologies or third-party analytics services.
No data is collected for advertising, tracking or profiling purposes.
8. Internet Connection
A permanent internet connection is currently not required for the core learning features of MedStruct.
The learning functions can generally be used without transmitting personal data to the developer.
9. Sharing of Data with Third Parties
MedStruct currently does not transmit personal user data to third parties.
In particular, no personal data is shared with advertising networks, analytics providers or data brokers.
10. User Rights
Since the developer currently does not collect or store personal user data on its own servers, the developer generally has no personal app usage data that could be accessed, corrected or deleted.
Locally stored application data can be removed by deleting the app from the device.
Depending on the operating system, application data may also be manageable through the device settings.
11. Children
MedStruct is an educational application and does not contain social networking functions, communication between users or targeted advertising.
The app currently does not collect personal information from children or other users.

MedStruct is intended exclusively for educational and learning purposes.
Information about drugs, mechanisms of action and chemical structures provided within the app does not constitute medical advice and does not replace advice from physicians, pharmacists or other healthcare professionals.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if MedStruct introduces new functionality or if the way data is processed changes.
For example, this may occur if future versions introduce cloud storage, user accounts, analytics services or advertising.
