As well as access to your social account, if there's any images you specifically wish to use, content, articles, interviews etc which you would like to promote, we'd love to see it.
There will be a questionnaire to complete at the start of your campaign.

Absolutely! MedSocial can provide you with a list of posts in advance for your review and comments. Alternatively, if you want to just leave us to it, that's great too!

You will have a monthly call which will show you engagement on your account, including new followers and clicks onto your website. After this evaluation, next month's plan and strategy will be agreed and implemented.

We will send you an invoice at the beginning of each month or each campaign. We accept BACS payment and PayPal.
Can I cancel?

If you are a pay as you go customer, you can cancel within one weeks notice, prior to any work being done.
If you are a pay monthly customer, we require 30 days notice.
