Manfredo Atzori is Assistant Professor at the University of  Padova and a senior research scientist at HES-SO Valais. He is the coordinator of MedMax and the scientific coordinator of the Horizon Europe project HEREDITARY. His research is focused on applied machine learning. In particular, it aims at learning associations between multimodal biomedical data and to apply them to medicine and prosthetics.  His research lead to over 80 publications and 4'000 citations.
