5 Good Habits Development
Moreover, our association organize training related to concentration and 5 Good Habits Development (or Universal Goodness 5). These 5 Good Habits are basic qualities that every human being must possess. To develop oneself to be qualified to develop society to be prosperous and live together happily which requires training in 5 habits; namely cleanliness, orderliness, politeness, punctuality and meditation.
• Cleanliness means no foreign matter which will spoil the quality
• Orderliness means going in the same direction, in order, without confusion.
• Politeness means controlling behaviour, body, speech, and mind to be normal.
• Punctuality means training oneself to appreciate the value of keeping time.
• Meditation refers to the ability to control the mind to be concentrated.
