This privacy policy applies to the Medical Consultation application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
For a better experience while using our Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

Account and Profile Information If you choose to create an account, we collect information such as your email address, name, and profile picture. This data is securely stored using Firebase Authentication and Firebase Storage. Your personal information and profile configurations are used solely to personalize and maintain your experience within the Application.
Medical and entered Data While this Application provides medical consultation translations and communication structures (e.g., Clinical Examination, History Taking), it is designed as an educational and structural tool. We do not collect or transmit real patient health data (PHI) to our servers. Any text or inputs you provide during simulated consultations within the app are either deleted upon closing the consultation or kept locally on your device, unless specifically chosen by you to be synced to your account.
Audio and Media The Application may request access to your device's files to cache/download audio features related to voice playback and pronunciation. We do not strictly collect, record, or store any microphone voice recordings on our servers.
We may display advertisements within the Application for free users. These ads are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob), which may collect device data, ad identifiers, and usage information to serve relevant ads.
Users who upgrade to our Premium version will have an ad-free experience. If you make purchases within the Application, payment information is securely processed by respective app store providers (e.g., Google Play Billing) and we do not collect or store your credit card information.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help us fix the crashes.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
