MediSync is a healthcare professional communication and medical community platform developed by Rovento Dev. It provides tools for professional messaging, case sharing, drug reference, and patient coordination within healthcare institutions.
⚠️ MediSync is NOT a clinical decision-making platform. It is a communication and community tool for healthcare professionals. Nothing in this App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions must always be made by qualified professionals using their own judgment and authoritative references.
Welcome to MediSync. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using MediSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MediSync is intended for verified healthcare professionals, including:
Physicians (Consultants, Specialists, Residents)
Nurses and nursing professionals
Pharmacists
Lab technicians and other licensed clinical staff
Healthcare administrators working within a clinical institution
By creating an account, you confirm that:
You are a licensed healthcare professional or work within a healthcare institution
The name and professional information you provide is accurate and matches your official professional identity
You are 18 years of age or older
Accounts with false or misleading professional information will be permanently suspended.
MediSync is a professional communication and community platform, NOT a clinical decision-making tool or medical device.
Specifically:
Drug Library: Information is sourced from publicly available databases (RxNorm/NIH, DailyMed/FDA, FDA FAERS, DDInter). Each field displays its data source provenance. AI-generated clinical summaries are clearly marked as unverified until reviewed by an admin clinician. This information is for reference and educational purposes only and must not be used as prescribing guidance.
AI Assistant: A general-purpose knowledge aid for healthcare professionals, powered by DeepSeek AI via a secure server-side proxy. Do not use it to diagnose conditions or make treatment decisions for patients. Do not input identifiable patient information.
AI Voice Patient Autofill: Dictated clinical notes are transcribed and structured via Groq AI (Whisper + Llama) through our secure server-side proxy. Audio is processed transiently and is not stored. Results must be reviewed and validated by you before being saved. AI-extracted data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Patient names are intentionally excluded from all voice extraction by design. This feature is a dictation-assist tool only — not a certified clinical documentation system.
Clinical Alerts: Rule-based reference alerts in patient records are configurable informational aids. They do not replace physician clinical judgment or institutional protocols.
Cases Community: A space for sharing anonymized educational medical cases and professional knowledge — not a platform for seeking advice on active patient cases.
We expressly disclaim any liability for clinical decisions made based on information provided by this App. Always consult authoritative clinical references and exercise independent professional judgment.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete professional information during registration
Ensure your displayed name matches your official professional ID (dual-word name required)
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at roventodev@gmail.com
Be solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account
You agree not to:
Enter false, fabricated, or misleading patient data
Share identifiable patient information in public community features (Cases, Global Chat) without proper de-identification
Use the AI Assistant with patient-identifiable data
Use the AI Voice feature to record audio outside of clinical dictation in a professional healthcare context, or share the device microphone with other parties during a voice session
Rely on AI voice-extracted data as a final record without reviewing and confirming the output
Use the App for any purpose other than lawful professional communication and medical knowledge sharing
Attempt to access other users' data or workspaces without authorization
Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or modify the App
Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App
Harass, threaten, or abuse other healthcare professionals on the platform
Post misinformation, spam, or content unrelated to professional medical practice
Violate any applicable healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA, GDPR, local regulations)
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before entering patient data into MediSync.
You must comply with all applicable data protection and healthcare privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Patient records within MediSync are scoped to your authorized facility — do not attempt to access records outside your assigned workspace.
Use the GDPR deletion and retention tools provided in the platform to comply with your institutional data governance policies.
Never share identifiable patient information in public-facing features (Cases community, Global Chat, or any open channel).
When posting medical cases or participating in discussions, you must:
De-identify or anonymize all patient information before sharing — no names, dates of birth, MRNs, locations, or any information that could identify a patient
Maintain professional respect and collegial conduct toward fellow healthcare professionals
Post only content relevant to professional medical knowledge, collaboration, or education
Not post harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or politically inflammatory content
Not advertise commercial products or services
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
The Drug Library is populated from RxNorm, DailyMed, FDA FAERS, and DDInter — publicly available health datasets. Data accuracy depends on source quality and currency. We make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any specific prescribing purpose.
AI-generated clinical summaries are labeled with provenance warnings. They require admin clinician verification before being confirmed. Always cross-reference with authoritative prescribing information.
The AI Assistant uses DeepSeek AI. Message content is processed via our secure server-side proxy. Conversations are stored locally on your device only and are not retained on our servers beyond the active session.
We take the security of your data seriously:
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by Row-Level Security at the database layer.
The Android app is protected by anti-tampering technology (freeRASP) that detects rooted devices and unauthorized modification.
Admin features require a secondary OTP authentication step.
All patient data access is audit-logged.
Security vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to roventodev@gmail.com.
All features of MediSync are currently free for all users.
We may introduce optional subscription plans in the future. If so:
All active users will be notified with at least 2 weeks' advance notice
A free plan with core features will remain available
Payments will be processed through official App Store and Google Play in-app purchases via RevenueCat
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the App or your app store account
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

The MediSync App, its interface, design, branding, and proprietary features are owned by Rovento Dev.
Drug data sourced from NIH (RxNorm, DailyMed) is in the public domain under their respective terms.
DDInter data is used under its academic research license.
Clinical content you create (cases, messages, comments) remains your intellectual property. By posting, you grant Rovento Dev a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it to authorized platform users.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms
Provide false professional credentials
Misuse patient data or community features
Engage in abusive, harassing, or harmful conduct
Receive a verified complaint from a patient, regulatory authority, or professional body
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
MediSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular medical or clinical purpose
We are not liable for any clinical decisions made using information from this App
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, account compromise, or events beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction where Rovento Dev operates.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification with at least 7 days' notice before changes take effect.
