현재 앱에 포함된 Firebase Performance Monitoring은 앱 시작·화면 표시·네트워크 요청의 성능 정보와 앱·기기·운영체제 정보, 설치 및 세션 식별자, IP 기반 국가 추정 정보를 안정성·성능 분석 목적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. 약 이름·사진·프롬프트·AI 응답 본문을 성능 측정용 사용자 지정 정보로 보내지 않습니다. 이 진단 정보의 보유기간과 삭제 가능 범위는 Firebase 설정 및 Google의 처리 조건에 따릅니다.

약틈은 사용자가 등록한 약과 영양제의 일정, 복용 기록, 제품 사진과 성분표, 영양 비교 기준을 관리하는 앱입니다. 이 방침은 기기 안에 저장되는 정보와 사용자가 선택한 기능을 실행할 때 외부 사업자에게 전송되는 정보를 구분해 설명합니다.
1. 기기에 저장하는 정보
약 이름, 분류, 용량, 복용 횟수·기간·시간, 메모, 재고, 복용 완료 기록, 생활 시간, 알림 설정, 연령대와 기준 성별, 제품·처방전·성분표 사진, 제품 조회 및 분석 결과를 앱 전용 저장소에 보관합니다. 이 정보는 약장, 일정, 알림, 복용 기록과 영양 비교 기능에 사용합니다.
앱은 회원 계정을 만들지 않으며 약장 전체를 서버에 동기화하지 않습니다. Android 클라우드 백업은 비활성화합니다. 사용자는 ‘내 정보 > 모든 앱 데이터 삭제’에서 로컬 데이터와 앱이 관리하는 사진을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 사진과 선택형 AI 기능
사용자가 사진 분석, 제품명 AI 검색 또는 성분표 판독을 요청할 때 해당 요청에 필요한 사진·사진에서 읽은 내용, 제품명·제조사·용량·복용 조건·메모 등의 전부 또는 일부가 운영자의 Firebase Cloud Functions를 거쳐 Google Gemini API로 전송될 수 있습니다. 목적은 제품 후보 식별과 제품·성분표 정보 확인입니다. 현재 앱의 일정 제안과 영양 비교는 기기에서 처리하며 Gemini로 전송하지 않습니다.
외부 AI 전송 전에는 별도 안내와 동의를 요구합니다. 동의하지 않거나 서비스가 작동하지 않아도 수동 등록, 직접 일정, 로컬 알림과 복용 기록을 이용할 수 있습니다. 제품 조사에는 Google Search 기반 검색과 출처 URL 처리가 사용될 수 있습니다. 의약품 공식 정보 조회 시 식품의약품안전처 공공데이터 API에 제품 검색어가 전송될 수 있습니다.
보상형 광고 검증과 AI 호출 제한을 위해 공통 Firebase 프로젝트의 Firestore에 앱 설치 식별자의 해시, 분석 종류, 보상 세션·광고 거래 식별자, 호출 횟수와 시각 등 운영 기록을 저장합니다. 운영 로그에는 앱·기능 종류, 성공·실패 여부, 모델명과 토큰 사용량 등을 기록하지만 약 이름, 사진, 프롬프트나 AI 응답 본문을 의도적으로 기록하지 않습니다. 앱별 Firebase 프로젝트에서는 기능 종류·오류 분류의 Analytics 이벤트와 Crashlytics 오류 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고와 동의 정보
앱에는 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 Google User Messaging Platform SDK가 포함됩니다. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고 개인정보 선택을 확인하거나 동의 화면을 표시하고, 광고 요청이 허용된 경우에만 광고를 요청합니다. 하단 배너가 표시될 수 있고 사진 판독·AI 제품 검색·성분표 판독에는 요청마다 보상형 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 수동 등록, 직접 일정, 복용 기록, 로컬 영양 비교와 안전 안내는 광고로 잠그지 않습니다.
앱은 약·일정·사진·연령대·성별·분석 결과를 광고 맞춤 타기팅 값으로 전달하지 않고 비개인화 광고 요청을 사용합니다. 다만 Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·분석·부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 대략적 위치, 앱 실행·탭·광고 조회 등 상호작용, 앱·SDK 진단 정보, Android 광고 ID, App Set ID와 적용 가능한 기기·계정 식별자를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다.
4. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리
Google LLC와 관련 서비스 제공자는 Gemini API, Google Search, Mobile Ads와 동의 관리 정보를 미국을 포함한 글로벌 인프라에서 처리할 수 있습니다. AI 요청 또는 허용된 광고 요청은 HTTPS로 전송됩니다. Gemini의 보유기간은 요금제와 로그·안전 설정에 따라 달라집니다. Google Search 기반 근거 연결을 사용하는 경우 Google은 프롬프트·문맥·출력을 30일 보관할 수 있습니다.

5. 보유기간과 삭제
기기 정보는 사용자가 전체 삭제를 실행하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. AI 요청의 약 정보·사진·프롬프트·응답 본문은 Firestore에 별도로 저장하지 않습니다. 호출 제한 집계와 보상 검증 기록에는 생성 또는 갱신 후 7일의 만료 시각을 기록하고 Firestore TTL 정책으로 자동 삭제를 예약합니다. 삭제는 만료 즉시 완료되지 않을 수 있습니다. 과거에 만료 시각 없이 생성된 기록은 이 정책으로 자동 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다. 앱 내 전체 삭제는 이미 외부로 전송된 정보나 Firebase 운영 기록을 자동으로 지우지 않습니다. Analytics·Crashlytics와 외부 공급자의 보유기간·삭제 범위는 각 설정과 정책에 따릅니다.

6. 이용자의 선택과 권리
알림·사진 접근 권한은 거절하거나 Android 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 광고 개인정보 옵션은 해당 지역에서 앱의 ‘내 정보’ 화면에서 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 외부 AI에 동의하지 않아도 수동 등록, 직접 일정, 알림, 기록과 기존 안전 안내를 이용할 수 있습니다.
7. 대상 연령과 건강 정보
앱과 Gemini 기능은 만 18세 이상 성인을 대상으로 합니다. AI 결과는 참고용 제안이며 의료적 추천이 아닙니다. 약틈은 의료기기가 아니며 질병을 진단·치료·치유·예방하지 않습니다. 복용 시작·중단·용량 변경이나 건강 상태의 판단은 의사·약사 등 의료 전문가와 상의해야 합니다.
8. 이 페이지와 방침 변경
이 방침은 Google Sites에 게시됩니다. 방문 시 Google이 IP 주소와 브라우저·기기 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이 페이지에 별도 광고나 자체 추적 도구를 추가하지 않습니다. 처리 정보·외부 서비스·저장 방식이 바뀌면 방침을 갱신하고 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 스토어 등록정보를 통해 알립니다.
제품명 검색은 한글 제품명을 기준으로 합니다. 검색·사진 해석·분석은 한국어로 수행하고, 마지막 안내만 선택한 한국어 또는 영어로 표시합니다. 표시 번역에는 기기 내 ML Kit를 사용하며, 한국어 원문과 제품명·성분명·함량·단위·처방 지시·출처 등 원문 정보를 보호합니다. 모델을 준비하지 못하거나 보호 검증에 실패하면 원문을 표시할 수 있습니다. 영어 UI가 영어 검색 입력 지원을 뜻하지 않습니다.
분석·성능 진단 및 보상 세션 보충 — 2026년 10월 21일
앱에는 Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics 외에 Performance Monitoring이 포함됩니다. 앱·기기·설치 식별자, 기능 이용·오류 및 앱 시작·화면·네트워크 성능 정보를 서비스 안정성과 성능 개선을 위해 처리할 수 있습니다. 약 정보·사진·프롬프트·AI 응답 본문을 개발자가 추가하는 진단 기록에 의도적으로 넣지 않습니다. 외부 서비스의 보관·삭제 범위는 각 서비스의 설정과 정책을 따릅니다.
사용자가 시작한 한 번의 사진·검색·분석 흐름은 같은 보상 세션의 허용 범위 안에서 내부 검색과 분석을 이어갑니다. 내부 단계마다 별개의 보상 시청을 요구하는 흐름으로 안내하지 않습니다. 광고 제공자의 구성에 따라 한 보상 세션에서 여러 광고가 이어질 수 있습니다. 이는 약·건강 정보를 광고 타기팅에 사용하는 것을 뜻하지 않습니다.

1. Local information
The app stores medicine/supplement names, categories, dosage, frequency, periods and times, notes, stock, intake history, daily-life and notification settings, age bracket and reference sex, product/prescription/ingredient-label photos, and lookup/analysis results in private app storage. It uses them for your cabinet, schedules, notifications, records and nutrient comparisons. It creates no member account and does not synchronize your whole cabinet to a developer server. Android cloud backup is disabled. “My information > Delete all app data” removes local records and photos managed by the app.
2. Optional photos and AI
When you request photo analysis, AI product lookup or label reading, the information needed for the request—such as a photo or recognized content, product/manufacturer, dosage, intake conditions or notes—may pass through the operator’s Firebase Cloud Functions to Google Gemini API to identify product candidates and check product/ingredient information. Schedule proposals and nutrient comparisons themselves are performed locally rather than sent to Gemini. The app asks for separate notice and consent before AI transfer; manual registration, direct schedules, notifications and records remain available without that consent. Product research may use Google Search grounding and source URLs. Official medicine lookup can send product search terms to the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety public-data API.
Search uses Korean product names. Search, photo interpretation and analysis are carried out in Korean; only the final guidance is displayed in your selected Korean or English language. Display translation uses on-device ML Kit, protecting the Korean original and product/ingredient names, quantities, units, prescription instructions and sources. If a model is unavailable or protection checks fail, the original can be displayed. English UI does not imply English search input is supported.
For rewarded-ad verification and AI limits, Firestore in the shared Firebase project stores a hash of the installation identifier, analysis type, reward-session/ad transaction identifiers, counts and timestamps. Operational logs record app/function types, success/failure, model and token usage, without intentionally logging medicine names, photos, prompts or AI response bodies. The app-specific Firebase project processes feature/error-category Analytics events and Crashlytics diagnostic information.
3. Advertising and choices
Google Mobile Ads and UMP SDKs are included. Where required, advertising privacy choices are checked and a consent form may be presented; ads are requested only when permitted. A banner may be displayed. Photo/AI product lookup/ingredient-label requests may require a rewarded-ad session. A user-requested workflow uses its granted reward across the internal search and analysis stages rather than asking for a separate ad at each internal stage. Reward sessions can contain more than one ad under the ad provider’s configuration. Manual registration, direct schedules, intake records, local nutrient comparisons and safety guidance are not locked by ads.
Medicine records, schedules, photos, age bracket, sex and analysis results are not passed as ad-targeting values; the app requests non-personalized ads. The ads SDK can nevertheless collect/share IP and approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, Android advertising ID, App Set ID and other applicable identifiers for ads, measurement and fraud prevention.
4. External processing
Google services process Gemini requests, Google Search, ads and consent information on global infrastructure, including the United States. Requests use HTTPS. Gemini retention depends on service tier and logging/safety settings. Google Search grounding can involve retention of prompts, context and outputs for 30 days under the applicable service conditions. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring can process app/device/install identifiers, app usage, errors and performance information; private medicine/photo contents are not intentionally added to telemetry.
5. Retention and deletion
Local information is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. AI medicine/photo/prompt/response content is not separately stored in Firestore. Usage and reward-verification records receive an expiry timestamp seven days after creation/update and are scheduled for deletion by Firestore TTL; deletion need not be immediate at expiry. Older records without expiry timestamps may not be deleted by this policy. In-app deletion does not automatically erase data already transferred to providers or Firebase operational records. Provider retention/deletion follows each service’s settings and policy. Send external-data deletion requests to support; we check what is held and which procedures are available.
6. Permissions, adult users and health information
You can refuse/revoke notification or photo-access permissions in Android settings. Advertising privacy options, where applicable, can be revisited from My information. The app and Gemini functions target adults aged 18 or older. AI output is reference information, not medical advice. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a physician or pharmacist about starting/stopping medicines or changing dosage.
7. Policy page and changes
Google Sites hosts this policy and can process IP/browser/device information for page delivery. The operator adds no separate page advertising or own tracking. Material changes to information, external services or storage will be reflected in this policy and communicated through the app or store listing.
