These Apps are developed and maintained by mediqhealthsystems. By using the Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Account and appointment data are retained while the user account is active
If a user becomes inactive, data may be retained for up to 90 days for service continuity and support purposes
Certain data may be retained longer if required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data.
Users can request data deletion by:
Sending an email to support@mediqhealthsystems.com from their registered email ID or including their registered phone number
Upon receiving a valid request:
We will verify the user’s identity before processing the request
We will process and delete the user’s personal data within 7–30 days
After deletion, the user will no longer be able to access their account or appointment history
