Field Trips
Field Trip to Lincoln for 4th -7th graders as well as Media Production class going to Lincoln Hudl headquarters and UNL video production department.
Upcoming trips- K &1st are doing a trip around Curtis, visiting the college, grocery store, and post office. 2nd -3rd will be going to the Kearney Arch and other attractions in Kearney.

Other things we do....
We prep students using the John Baylor ACT prep program to assist with ACT knowledge
We take the Junior class to Mid-Plains Community College to take the Compass test which allow them to take college dual credit classes.
We offer drivers education classes for students who choose to participate.
We have a building construction class that allows for real life job sight experience.
Students who have graduated are returning to work at the school
Students Say...
Students feel we have an inclusive environment.
They also feel they perform competitively at Inter-High days offered both at Mid-Plains McCook and North Platte campuses.
Credit recovery is offered for those that are struggling to get them back on track.
Each year they collect food for the less fortunate.
