Lock In Your Plans for the UNSW Medicine ’76 50th Reunion!

To confirm attendance, select optional activities, share dietary/mobility requirements, and contribute to our “Updated Year Book.”  we need you to complete the form below. This letter will soon be sent to everyone who has registered or are planning to attend requesting all to please complete this form as payments are needed NOW. Partners are welcome, and we encourage you to share this website with fellow ’76 grads, including alumni who started or finished later.

Just to remind you our program includes: 

• a Welcome Party at 4pm Thursday 5 Feb at the Boilerhouse Terrace. Cost is $25.00 per person for a GRAZING TABLE with a selection of charcuterie, cheeses, antipasti, seasonal fruit, lavosh crackers, fresh bread with drinks at your own cost.

• and Dinner at 7pm Friday 6 Feb in the Governor Bourke Ballroom (at the top of THIS map)  Cost is $160 per person and includes hire of the facility and staff, an arrival beverage plus a two-course dinner. The bar will have a good selection of drinks available for you to purchase and share (eg Cocktails, Wine or Beer). During dinner there will be a few old-time pictures and retro-music and perhaps a few ad hoc speeches but we expect there will be plenty of mingling, dancing and talking! There will also be opportunities to mingle before 7pm and after 10pm at other Q STATION cafes and bars.

• We’ve planned optional activities to enhance the reunion weekend. Please select your preferences on the Payment Form 

• Dress code is "Smart Casual" but you are welcome to relive the ’70s with our optional “Our Generation” dress code. Get creative with:  

  • Bell bottoms, flowers in hair, or hippie vibes

  • Beach Boys gear (Hawaiian shirts, board shorts)

  • Jesus boots (sandals), or dreadlocks

  • Prizes will be awarded for the most creative outfits! 

We selected Q Station because it is an iconic venue but also because it is easy to get to and around the site. There are shuttles from the ferry and shuttles to easily get you to and from the Boilerhouse Terrace and to and from the Governor Bourke Ballroom. More information is available HERE.

As you know, we will be issuing an Updated Year Book with any photos and bios that you wish to share with your classmates. We are collecting them using the Payment Form and will be compiled into a secure PDF, shared only with the Class of ’76.
