This Privacy Policy explains how MyHealth ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects data when you use our mobile application ("the App") and related services. By using MyHealth you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information to provide our services:
a. Personal and Medical Information
The Medical Records App allows you to store and manage the following types of medical data:
Profile Information: First name, last name, patronymic/middle name, date of birth, gender, contact information (phone, email), blood type, height, weight, profile picture.
Medical Records:
Medications: Names, dosages, frequency, doctor's prescriptions.
Doctor Appointments: Dates, doctors, specialties, locations, descriptions.
Documents: Medical documents in PDF, image formats (test results, discharge summaries, prescriptions).
Medical Conditions: Diagnoses, start dates, descriptions.
Allergies: Allergens, types, severity, reactions.
Immunizations: Vaccine types, administration dates.
Health Metrics: Blood pressure, heart rate/pulse, temperature, weight, blood glucose level, oxygen level.
Emergency Information: Emergency contacts, their phone numbers, relationship.
Insurance Information: Insurance company name, policy number.
Family Data: Information about family members if you use the family profiles feature.
b. Technical Information
Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the App, features used, and navigation patterns.
Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized data collected via third-party analytics services to improve App performance and user experience.
c. Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription via RevenueCat:
Purchase and subscription information is processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store.
We do not store your credit card or payment information.
RevenueCat may collect transaction information in accordance with its privacy policy.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
Provide the App's core functions: storing and managing your medical records.
Synchronize data between your devices via iCloud (CloudKit).
Send notifications for medication and doctor appointments (if you have enabled this feature).
Ensure data security via biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID).
Manage family profiles and data sharing.
Respond to support requests and provide customer service.
Improve App functionality and user experience through anonymized analytics.
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. DATA STORAGE AND SYNCHRONIZATION
a. Local Storage
All your medical data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Data is encrypted on the device and protected by iOS security systems.
b. iCloud (CloudKit) Synchronization
If you have enabled iCloud sync:
Your data is automatically synchronized between your devices via Apple CloudKit.
Data is stored in your personal iCloud account and protected by Apple.
We do not have direct access to your data in iCloud.
Synchronization occurs in an encrypted form.
You can disable synchronization in the App settings at any time.
c. HealthKit (Optional)
If you have granted permission to access HealthKit:
The App may read and write health data to HealthKit.
HealthKit data is stored locally on your device and managed by Apple.
You can revoke HealthKit access in iOS settings at any time.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical information to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:
a. Synchronization via Apple iCloud
If you have enabled iCloud sync, your data is transmitted to Apple CloudKit for synchronization between devices. This occurs in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
b. Analytics Services
We may use third-party analytics services to collect aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve App performance. This data contains no personal or medical information.
c. Service Providers
RevenueCat: Processes subscription purchases in accordance with its privacy policy.
Apple App Store: Processes payments and subscriptions in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
d. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a court order or regulatory request.
e. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred to a successor, subject to compliance with this Privacy Policy.
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement standard industry security measures to protect your data:
Encryption: All data is encrypted on the device using iOS security systems.
Biometric Protection: The App supports protection via Face ID / Touch ID.
App Lock: The App can automatically lock when sent to the background.
Secure Sync: Data is synchronized via iCloud in an encrypted form.
Local Storage: Data is stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and the security of your device.
6. DATA RETENTION
Your medical data is stored locally on your device and (if enabled) in your iCloud account. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the App from your device. When the App is deleted, all local data is also deleted.
If you use iCloud sync, data may remain in your iCloud account until you manually delete it via iCloud settings.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
View, edit, and delete your medical data within the App.
Export your data (this feature may be available in future versions).
Disable iCloud synchronization in the App settings.
Revoke HealthKit access in iOS settings.
Delete the App and all associated data.
Contact us with questions regarding your data.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Medical Records is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided data, we will take steps to delete such information.
9. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Medical Records is intended for users worldwide. If you use the App from outside your country, your data will be processed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and Apple's privacy policy (for iCloud data).
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
a. Apple Services
iCloud (CloudKit): Used for data synchronization between devices. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
HealthKit: Optional integration for reading and writing health data. Managed by Apple.
App Store: Handles purchases and subscriptions. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
b. RevenueCat

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. The updated policy will be posted with an updated effective date.
