2. Information the App May Access Locally (On Device Only)

Media Metadata (On-Device Only)

To display controls and album art, the App may read media metadata already provided by your device’s active media player.
This includes:

• Track name

• Artist name

• Album name

• Album artwork

This information is accessed temporarily, only while media is playing, and never uploaded, stored, or transmitted.

Album Art Disclaimer

If the album art contains ads, logos, or promotional images, these are supplied by the media player or media source, not by the App.
The App does not generate, modify, or include any advertising in album art.

3. Permissions Used and Why

Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

This permission allows the floating widget to appear on top of other apps.
The App does not view, capture, or collect any content from other apps.

Foreground Service

This permission allows the App to keep the floating widget active and responsive while you use other apps.
Without this service, Android may close the widget automatically.

Post Notifications

Android requires a persistent notification for any foreground service.
This permission allows the system to show that required notification.
The App does not send alerts, marketing messages, or ads.

4. No Advertisements

The App does not display ads of any kind.
Any promotional material visible in album art comes from the media player, not from the App.

5. Data Security

Because the App does not collect or store any data, no user data is retained, transmitted, or exposed.
All processing occurs locally on your device.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not use:

• Third-party analytics

• Third-party SDKs

• Advertising networks

• Cloud services

No information is shared with any third party.

7. Children’s Privacy

Since the App does not collect any personal data, it is safe for users of all ages.
No special handling of children’s data is required.
