For MediaFlock festival 2026, the calls for submissions are limited to current CCRMA / Stanford music students only. In future iterations of the festival, we hope to offer a universal open call with an expanded number of participants and festival duration.
We define Fixed Media here as compositions that can be screened from a computer without live controls involved in a concert setting.
We accept submissions that are between 5 and 15 minutes.
Live Performances may feature live musicians, visual artists, dancers, and/or performers of other forms. Please consider submitting excerpts of your proposed performance or similar performances from the past.

Installations can encompass a wide range of art forms, including but not limited to: interactive audiovisual displays, virtual reality experiences, and audio-driven video games.
There is no duration requirement for the Installations category.
