This Privacy Policy explains how FutureCore Codex ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the MediaCut Video to MP3 mobile application ("App").
The App is published under the Android application ID com.mediacut.videotomp3.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the App.
MediaCut Video to MP3 is a media utility application that enables users to convert video files into audio formats, trim audio and video files, convert audio formats, mute video audio, preview processed media, share files, and save exported content to their devices.
All media processing operations are performed locally on the user's device using processing tools such as FFmpeg. We do not operate servers that receive or process your media files for conversion or editing.
The App also uses Google Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and remote configuration.
We collect information in the following ways:

The App accesses audio and video files that you select for processing.

The App does not require account creation, registration, or login credentials.

An email field exists within local storage code but is not currently exposed through the user interface and is not actively collected.

All media conversion, trimming, format changes, and audio removal operations occur locally on the user's device.
The App may temporarily create copies of selected files within app-specific storage to facilitate processing and playback.
Exported files may be saved to device storage or shared through applications selected by the user.
We do not receive, upload, or store your media files on our servers.
The App may request permissions necessary for its functionality, including:

We use Google Firebase and Google Play Services to provide analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and remote configuration functionality.
When advertisements are displayed, related information may be processed by Google AdMob as described in Section 10.
When you choose to share a file, that file is transferred directly to the third-party application selected by you.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
MediaCut Video to MP3 may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Ads help support the free version of the App.
What AdMob may collect
When ads are shown, Google AdMob and related Google services may collect or use information such as:
Device information (for example, device model and operating system version)
App version and general usage related to ad delivery
Advertising ID (where available and permitted on your device)
IP address (which may be used to derive approximate location for ad delivery)
Ad interaction data (for example, impressions and clicks)
We do not receive your video, audio, or other media files for advertising purposes. Media processing remains on your device as described elsewhere in this Policy.
How advertising data is used
Advertising data is used to:
Display and measure ads in the App
Prevent invalid or fraudulent ad activity
Improve ad relevance and performance (where permitted by your device settings and applicable law)
We do not sell your personal information. Ad-related data is processed by Google as a service provider under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your choices
You may limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier through your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or your device manufacturer’s privacy settings, depending on your device and Android version).
The App may not include a separate in-app ad opt-out control beyond what your device and Google provide.
Changes to advertising
If we enable, change, or remove advertising in the App, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play store listing (including the “Contains ads” declaration) before or when those changes take effect.
If you do not agree with advertising practices described in this section, you may discontinue use of the App or adjust your device ad settings where available.
Firebase Analytics may collect information regarding how users interact with the App, including screen views and usage patterns.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and diagnostic information to help improve stability and performance.
There is currently no in-app option to disable analytics collection.
The App does not use artificial intelligence services, machine learning APIs, or cloud-based media processing systems.
All media processing occurs locally on the user's device.
Local data stored by the App remains on your device until it is deleted, app data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled.
Files exported to your gallery remain available until you delete them manually.

Delete conversion history
Modify display name settings
Change language preferences
Change theme preferences
Uninstall the App to remove local app data
There is currently no analytics opt-out feature within the App.
The App does not maintain server-side user accounts or a central database of your personal information.
You can delete local app data in the following ways:
In the App
Open Settings and tap Clear all app data. This removes conversion history, display name, default quality settings, and other locally stored user data stored by the App. Theme, language, onboarding, and notification preferences may be kept so the App can continue to function after cleanup.
On Your Device
You may clear the App’s data through your Android device settings, or uninstall the App to remove locally stored app data.
Exported Files
Files you saved to your device gallery or other folders remain on your device until you delete them manually using your device’s file manager or gallery app.
Firebase and Google Services

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
