Welcome to AI Photo & Media Organizer. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
AI Photo & Media Organizer helps users organize, review, and manage their photo library using intelligent on-device tools. Features may include:

Quick Albums
Live Photo to Video conversion
Video to GIF conversion
Media organization and management tools
Privacy is built into every feature. All supported media processing happens entirely on your device, and your photos and videos are never uploaded, stored, or shared with anyone.
The App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.

$12.99 per month
$4.99 per week
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
The App requires permission to access your photo library in order to provide its features.
Photos and videos remain under your control at all times. We do not claim ownership of your media. Media is accessed only to organize, categorize, review, convert, or manage your content within the App.

You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
Interfere with the App's functionality or security.
Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
The App, including its software, design, user interface, graphics, icons, branding, logos, and original content, is owned by AI Photo & Media Organizer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or error-free operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
