Registration starts at 8:45 am at Vaughn Hall, Tournament 9 am - 2 pm
Register the morning of the tournament at Vaughn Hall. $10 for colony members and $15 for colony member guests (includes $5 guest day badge). Registration includes entrance to the tournament, t-shirt and commemorative sticker for your tackle box while supplies last.
Fish any body of water in Medford Lakes by land or by water. Prizes awarded for longest length. Participants must use provided ruler given at registration or their own approved ruler and take a picture of their pickerel catch and post it to the Medford Lakes Fish Tales FaceBook page with name of angler that caught the fish, location of catch, length of fish.
Prizes awarded at the end of the tournament once data has been collected and analyzed.

Let's celebrate art + fish! Whether you are participating in the fishing tournament or not, join in the fun of the first Medford Lakes pickerel tournament and create a masterpiece of a pickerel. Select any medium, size of composition, type of composition. Make it scary, funny, realistic - anything goes. Open to ALL AGES and ALL LAKERS. Submit your artwork on September 10 from 8:45 am to 2 pm at Vaughn Hall on the day of the Fall Pickerel Tournament. Please do not put your name on your artwork. Artwork will be judged by local laker and Pickerel Tournament t-shirt designer, artist Tom Watters. Prize will be awarded to the best design!
Join forces with other fellow Medford Lakes Anglers in a battle of good versus evil. On May 4, 2024 an epic battle will commence between ML Anglers and the invasive Carp that threaten our local intergalactic ecosystem. Join the ML Fishing Crew on May 4 and help catch Carp, an invasive species, that can impact local native flora and fauna. This tournament will be a CATCH, KEEP, DONATE tournament, with all Carp caught donated to Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge. The ML Fishing Crew will provide an educational lesson about non-native invasive species, learn more and have fun in this challenging tournament. Carp are not easy to catch! ML Fishing Crew will also provide hints and tips on how to catch these illusive creatures. For more information on invasive species and tips to catch carp click on the links below!
