Delete Account
To request deletion of your Medetatio account and associated personal information, email:

Use the subject line:
Delete My Account
Please include the email address connected to your Medetatio account.
After receiving your request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account. You must submit an account deletion request by email or use any in-app deletion option if one becomes available.
If the form does not work, email privacy@firstborns.org with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
