At MedEase, we take pride in delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We personally handles all deliveries to ensure the highest level of care and service. Here are the key details regarding our delivery process:
Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver within Thimphu City, and Samtse Bhutan. If you are located outside this area, please contact us for special arrangements.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 15 -20 business days from the date of purchase (minimum 10 days). We will notify you via email or phone once your order is on its way.
Delivery Fee: Free shipping in Royal Thimphu Collage, FNPH, Apollo and KGUMSB MBBS. If other location a nominal delivery fee may apply based on your location. The fee will be calculated at checkout.
Special Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions or preferences, please let us know at the time of purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
