Biography

Medard Edmund Mswahili (Ph.D.) is a researcher at the Research Institute for Computer and Information Communication (RICIC), and Data analysis and AI Lab at Chungbuk National University in South Korea. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering (Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence) from Chungbuk National University, South Korea. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc. Eng.) in Big Data Engineering from the Department of ICT Convergence at Soonchunhyang University, South Korea, in February 2022. His research interests lie at the intersection of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Cheminformatics, with a particular focus on the application of Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to pharmaceutical big data analysis and molecular modeling of complex chemical and biological data.
