Biography

Medard Edmund Mswahili holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the United African University of Tanzania, which he completed in October 2019. He later earned a Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc. Eng.) in Big Data Engineering from the Department of ICT Convergence at Soonchunhyang University, South Korea, in February 2022. His research interests lie at the intersection of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Cheminformatics, with a particular focus on the application of Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) to pharmaceutical big data analysis and molecular modeling of complex chemical and biological systems. Medard is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Computer Engineering, Chungbuk National University, South Korea.
